We hope that you are fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from www.lcbaby.com.au. However, if you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online we are happy to provide you with an exchange or refund (shipping charges not included).

*Please ensure that your return meets the following conditions:

• Any items that wish to be returned for exchange or refund must be received by Mikihouse within 14 days after receipt of your order.
• No refund will be given on change of mind purchases. The item(s) must be returned in brand new condition and with all brand labels intact. Any items without labelling will not be accepted for return.
• No refunds on sale items, an exchange only basis will be offered and additional shipping costs will be applicable if post is required.
• Subject to proof of purchase, we are happy to provide an exchange, credit voucher or refund on any product purchased exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault
• Tights, stockings, socks, bibs, underwear, swimwear, tableware and cutlery cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• You can exchange your online purchase at our physical store, however all returns to our store will be exchanged in at the current store value.
