We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping within Australia. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your shipment. We ship via Australia Post and make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and perfect condition. All products are carefully packed in accordance with Australia Post guidelines. If you require your order urgently, please advise at the time of ordering.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of your order. You will be notified via email if there is any reason for delay. Certain heavy or oversized items may be subject to higher shipping charges. LC Baby will contact customer to advise before shipping.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

LC Baby is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to hospitals.

Gift vouchers are delivered either electronically via the nominated email address or sent via post. Both options can be selected when adding the selected Gift Voucher to your cart. 

Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for delays in transit.

If an item is unavailable, we will refund you for the item/s back to your original payment method.

CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS 

We have the option of ‘store pick up’ at our Westfield Bondi Junction store. Please allow 2-3 business days before you receive an automatic email that will let you know when your order is ready for collection at the store of your choice.
